Hull Jets are delighted to confirm the re-signing of forward Richard Haggar for the 2023/24 season.
Rich returned to Jets part way through last season, picking up 29 points in 14 games (13+16). Prior to this Rich had spent two seasons as player coach at Widnes Wild, picking up 88 points in 47 games.
Haggar is 8th in all time games played for Jets (176), and second all time in goal, assists and points (198+240).
Rich on re-signing, “It’s great to be back home and part of a new challenge of being in D1 with the Jets. I am looking forward to continue to push myself and give everything, every shift. It’s going to have its ups and downs throughout the season but having the skill, togetherness and fighting spirit in our changing room that we have, I am sure we will compete for wins with every team in this league this year.”
